- We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive. You can also track your order here. Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot. If you do need to report your order as lost then please contact us.
- Next Day delivery (if ordered before 3:30pm) Last chance to get standard next day delivery is Thursday before 3:30pm, you will receive your order on the Friday. To receive your order on a Saturday you must pay for Saturday delivery.

We accept returns, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping. In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund selected products unless the items are faulty.
You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.
AMR will not cover cost of return including shipping or transportation. We take no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest you send the products via registered post.
Values on gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once the item has been received and deemed acceptable by the AMR standards, we will happily refund or exchange it.
- Please ensure to retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be made in original condition, unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Shipping cost will not be refunded to customer in the case of a refund.

Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days.
If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, then you'll need to contact us.

The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you purchased it in. You must have the receipt/invoice, if you are unable to locate this we are unable to accept the items back. Please note some items are unable to be returned/exchanged due to health regulations.

Once you've found all the items that you want then click 'My Basket', you'll see a box located below your list of items which says 'Got a discount code? Enter it here'. Add your discount code into this box and click 'Add' to apply the discount.
If the code doesn’t work then you'll need to check that you're not trying to use more than one offer and none of the items are excluded.If you have any problems entering the code then you can contact our Customer Service team.

- What do I do if i've forgotten my password?

Need to change your password? Log in using your current password, follow the steps under account information. Forgot your password? At log in, click the “forgot password” option and follow the steps to reset. Unfortunately due to GDPR laws, we are not able to manually reset your password, so if you are having issues receiving your password reset email please check your spam and junk and try again. Our customer service team will not be able to resend this or amend your password.
